I. Levin Properties was founded by its namesake Israel Levin, a business and property owner in Charlotte Amalie St. Thomas. Today, the properties are owned and operated by his descendants; Katina Coulianos and her sons Lane and Nathan Sell.

At I. Levin Properties we strive to cultivate a diversity of businesses in downtown Charlotte Amalie to serve both tourists and locals alike. The businesses housed within our properties represent locally made products, highlight the work of craftsmen, and bring food and entertainment to the historic district.
